Yes. All timbers used in our pens and keyrings are authentic, certified materials sourced from trusted historic salvage specialists. Each item is supplied with a certificate of authenticity.
How long does it take to make my order?
Every item is handcrafted to order. Typical crafting time is around one week, though this may vary during busy periods. If you need an item by a specific date, please contact us.
Do you offer free UK shipping?
Yes. All UK orders include free Royal Mail Tracked 48 shipping as standard. Faster services are available at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
We do. Please contact us before placing an international order so we can provide an accurate shipping quote.
Where are your products made?
Every pen and keyring is handcrafted in Cheshire, England, using authentic historic timbers and high‑quality components.
What if my item arrives damaged?
If your parcel arrives damaged, please sign for it as “damaged” and contact us immediately. Photographs are very helpful for any compensation claim, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
What happens if my parcel is delayed or lost?
Royal Mail does not classify an item as lost until 10 days after the expected delivery date. Once this period has passed, we will open a claim and offer you either a replacement or a full refund.
Can I return my order?
Yes. Items may be returned within 14 days if unused and in their original condition. Custom‑engraved items cannot be returned unless faulty.
