Handmade pens and keyrings using a Second World War Spitfire Propeller.
Spitfire propellers were made from many thin layers of compressed laminated birch wood that is impregnated with resins. This construction method was called Jablo and proved to be very strong.
The legendary Spitfire, thought by many as the most iconic and famous fighter aircraft ever built, gained its unequalled status during the Battle of Britain. Much loved by its pilots, the Spitfire saw service during the whole of the Second World War and still to this day stands as a proud symbol of the RAF.
