This pen has been hand crafted using original Jarrah wooden planks dating back to the 1840's.
Kings Cross station began construction in the 1840's and was eventually opened in 1852 by the Great Northern Railway.
In 1923 the station came under new ownership of the London and North Eastern Railway, who introduced services such as the Flying Scotsman.
In recent years Kings Cross station has appeared many times in the Harry Potter films as a gateway to catch the 'Hogwarts Express' at platform nine and three quarters.
