Returns & Exchanges
Please contact us in the first instance if you have any problems with your order.
Refund or exchange
If you wish to return an item for a full refund or exchange you must contact us immediately in writing, within 14 days from the date of placing your order.
Refunds will only take place once an item has been receivied and inspected. If an item is not returned in its original condition, and original packaging, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Hopping Frog Pens reserves the right to determine the amount of value lost if an item is returned for refund which is not in its original condition.
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. It is recommended that a recorded delivery service is used. Hopping Frog Pens will not be liable for any returned items which are lost whilst in transit.
Damaged Items
If a delivery arrives and the packaging has been damaged, please sign for the item as 'damaged' with the courier. If upon unpackaging the item it is found to be damaged, please contact us immediately. Please send a photograph of the damage as this will assist any insurance claim with the courier.
