All pens are shipped free of charge via Royal Mail Tracked 48 within the UK only, and a tracking number will be provided.

Damaged Items
All items undergo strict quality checks before dispatch, and packaging is designed to protect your purchase in transit.
If your parcel arrives damaged, please sign for it as “damaged”.
If the contents are affected, contact us immediately to arrange a replacement or return.

Lost in Transit
Royal Mail does not classify an item as lost until 10 days after the expected delivery date.
Once this period has passed, we will open a compensation claim with Royal Mail.

International shipping is available at a flat rate of £25 or £35, depending on destination. This covers postage and secure packaging. It does not include any customs or import fees charged by your country’s authorities.

Delivery times vary depending on location and local postal services. Once dispatched, international orders typically take 7–21 days, but delays can occur due to customs processing.
Refused or Returned Parcels
If a parcel is returned due to unpaid customs fees, refusal by the recipient, or incorrect address details provided at checkout, a refund will be issued once the item has been received back in sound, resellable condition. Please note that the original shipping fee is non‑refundable, and this amount will be deducted from the refund total.
